Process

Collaborating closely with the design implementation team, I gathered requirements and addressed practical needs to solve complex design challenges. I worked cross-functionally with engineering, web production, and optimization teams to ensure the design system became a reliable source of truth for building scalable production components. This resource empowered business partners to quickly assess feasible design solutions, significantly reducing turnaround times.

Results

The outcome was a robust Sketch-based, InVision hosted design library with inspect capabilities, resulting in faster page mockups, enhanced design quality assurance, and improved collaboration across teams. This design system was successfully utilized for over four years until the brand underwent a complete refresh.
